Backbox Mounting Hardware:

Backbox Hinge Carriage Bolt: $1.65 ea Part # 4322-01139-12B
Short black carriage bolt used to secure backbox hinge from outside on main cabinet side on Bally and Williams games from approx. 1988-1999. Original factory part- correct fit. Used with sleeve nut # 02-4352 (below).

Backbox Hinge Sleeve Nut: $4.49 ea Part # 02-4352
Black sleeve nut with hex wrench opening used to secure backbox hinge on main cabinet side from interior cabinet side on Bally and Williams games from approx. 1988-1999. Original factory part- correct fit. Used with carriage bolt # 4322-01139-12B (above).

Backbox Hinge Bolt Backing Plate: $5.63 ea Part # 01-9012
Two used per game. This plate sits in the backbox and the 3 bolts from the top part of each backbox hinge come up through it, and secure with nuts on top of this plate. Helps reinforce hinges and backbox structure.

Backbox (Head) Bolts:

Brand new replacement bolts for backbox mounting on most all makes and models. Several lengths to choose from, based on the type your game may use. Standard 3/8" x 16 bolt size. Use with washers below.

Got a stripped or stuck bolt? You probably need new t-nuts that go under the bolts (mounting in the main cabinet). See below for new t-nuts!

Not sure what length you need? Measure the depth of the "neck" on your game (base panel inside the "neck" section on top/back of main cabinet)- from the bottom to the top of the "neck" (where backbox sits). Add 2 inches- that is your required bolt length.

These are exact replacements for original t-nuts for backbox bolts on most all makes and models- standard 3/8-inch x 16 thead pitch. Keep a few on hand for valuable spares!

Brand new latch mechanism for backbox, as used on Bally/Williams games from late 1980's & up. Can be installed on other makes/models and older model games as well. Mounts on back of cabinet and can be used with original latch plate on backbox or replacement plate # 01-8397-1 (below - requires remounting due to different screw hole positions). Commonly broken or damaged on most used games. Replace your worn-out or missing latch with a great-looking brand new part!

Replacement latch plate for backbox as used on many makes/models of pinball games. This is a generic aftermarket part that can be used to replace original latch plates on most games, but may require repositioning/remounting depending on screw hole positions of old part vs. new part. Can be used to replace Bally/Williams # 03-8397 (with repositioning/remounting) and other similar plates.

Backglass Lift Trim - Stainless Steel:

This is the metal trim, or "lift channel" that goes on the bottom edge of the backglass on most vintage games- used on many makes and models. Measures 28-1/2 inches overall length, and is available in sizes for both earlier 3/16-inch thick backglasses, and later 1/8-inch thick backglasses.

Backglass Lift Trim - Black Plastic: $7.95 ea.

Backglass bottom lift trim, or "lift channel", as used on many makes and models of games that use 1/8-inch thick glass. Black molded plastic. Several pre-cut lengths available. Can be easily trimmed/cut down to fit other size glasses as well.

3/16-inch inner width channel at bottom. Tapered back edge with internal "bead" which pinches against back side of glass/translite to stay on glass securely.

3-piece black plastic side and top trim set for backglasses. Set includes two side pieces measuring 24-1/2 inches each, and one top piece measuring 28-1/2 inches long. Backglass Trim Mounting Tape - Roll: $5.99 Part # BGTAPE
Adhesive fabric "friction" mounting tape used to hold backglass trim pieces to the glass on older vintage games. This 20 foot roll will do multiple backglasses, and can be cut to length as needed. Most glasses use two 4- to 6-inch pieces per edge. Tape can be doubled-up to increase thickness if needed. Each installed piece wraps lengthwise over the edge of the glass, and the trim piece is then pushed over the glass edge, and is held secure by the tape. A must for replacing old trim with new, and should be used anytime you're installing a new or replacement backglass.

Typically used on games with silkscreened backglasses only (instead of those with Mylar translites). Can be used with translites if necessary.

Speaker / Display Panel 'H' Channel: $12.76 ea.

For use on Bally & Williams games, approx. 1987-1999. This 'H' shaped plastic channel mounts on top of the speaker/display panel in the backbox and holds the backglass/translite in place when it is secured. Commonly bent, broken, or otherwise worn-out/damaged on most used games. Easy to replace on most models- just requires removal/replacement of 5 mounting screws on back side. Measures 27 inches wide.

Playfield Glass Top Channel: Fits Late-Model Bally/Williams Games & Others

Black plastic trim channel that sits at the top (back end) of the playfield glass. Fits late-model Bally & Williams games approx. late 1980's & up- both standard and widebody ("Superpin") models, including Demolition Man, Indiana Jones, Judge Dredd, Popeye, Star Trek: TNG, and Twilight Zone.

Standard width trim also fits Data East games and most other makes/models as well. Attaches to cabinet with screws (not included).

Cabinet Back Nylon Gliders: $3.00 / set of 4 Part # GLIDER_7/8
Set of 4 bright white nylon gliders (7/8" diameter) that will fit on the back of your game (main cabinet). Use on any make/model of pinball. Replace those old ugly scuffed up, broken, or missing gliders. These gliders simply tap into place (existing nail holes) with a small hammer. Can also be used on bottom side of backbox corners to replace worn original gliders there. A nice finishing touch!

	Chime Bar Rubber Grommet: 99¢ ea Part # 23-6330 Black rubber grommet used on chime bar (2 per bar) in most makes and models of games. Original grommet or insulators are often disintegrated on the chime bars in most used games. Replace your worn out chime bar grommets and go from "thunk!" to "ding!"- the way the game was supposed to sound. Replaces Bally # R-111-39, Williams # 23-6330 and 23A-6330, and others.

This nice looking warning decal mounts on the latch under the front glass lockdown bar on Bally and Williams games, approx. 1990 and up. Can be used on earlier models and other makes as well. Lockdown Bar Foam Rubber Insulating Strip ("Beer Seal"):

Replace that old worn-out, dried-up, cracked, or missing lockdown bar strip! Fits on the underside of your game's lockdown bar- between bar and playfield glass. For standard or wide-body games. Black foam rubber insulating strip has adhesive backing for quick easy replacement of your old worn out lockdown bar insulation strip. Threaded sleeve nuts that mount on inside of main cabinet wall and act as a pivot or slide pin for the playfield. Attaches to cabinet carriage bolt that installs from outside of cabinet (not included). Used on most Bally/Williams games from mid/late 1980's and up. Commonly worn out or missing in many games.

MEASUREMENTS: We get a lot of requests about this part from people making custom (non-pinball) projects, so here are some measurements of this unit that may help you with your project, or confirm fit on your actual pinball game:

Overall length of unit is 8-3/4". From the back of the metal housing to the front of the rubber ball shooter tip measures 6-1/2". From the back of the housing to the front of the black plastic knob on the front measures 2-3/8". The housing measures 2-13/16" tall and 2-3/8" wide. For mounting, you'll need a triangular-shaped mounting hole of 1-7/8" width at the top, and 1-7/8" height. A minimum thickness of 3/4" is required for the mounting material (wood cabinet or other material you are mounting it to). A plate that installs on the back of the housing holds the unit in place once mounted.

Ball Shooter Assembly- Black, Complete: $36.55 ea For new Stern Pinball games. Will fit/work on some other makes/models as well.

Replace that mashed, broken, rusty, or otherwise worn out outer plunger (ball-shooter) spring on your game. If you can't raise the playfield on your game without pulling out the plunger, you may have a mashed barrel spring. Ball Shooter Internal Spring (Strongest): $1.56 ea Part # 10-148-2
Extra-strength (strongest) plunger spring as used on some games requiring extra power to get the ball up a ramp or loop and onto the playfield- such as Black Knight 2000, High Speed, Pinball Magic, Taxi, and similar games. Replacement for Williams # SPR-10-148-2. Not recommended for replacement on games originally using low or standard strength spring.

Used on most all Williams games with standard type plunger up through year 2000, as well late-model Bally games (1989-up), and some Data East games, including ball shooter assembly 500-5019-14. Nylon plunger sleeve fits in metal ball shooter housing on front of game. Often damaged, worn out, gummed-up with grease, or missing altogether. This sleeve helps keep your plunger aligned and sliding through the housing smoothly, for best action. Uses no lubrication- use dry for best results.

Ball Shooter Washer: 47¢ ea Part # 242-5014-00
Brand new correct replacement! Exact factory-original replacement for this very unique, and hard-to-find washer. Most ball shooters will use 3 of these washers- one on the outside (front) of the housing, and two on the inside, on either end of the long spring. This washers help prevent damage to the housing and plunger sleeve from the springs striking them, and help prevent springs from working loose at the front end of the plunger. For use on all makes and models.

Brand new correct replacement! Replace those old out-dated horse-shoe clips and frustrating snap-rings with this standard replacement e-clip. Fits plunger shaft of any make/model- perfectly! Gun Handle Shooter Spring: $1.50 each Part# 10-304
Small coil spring used for trigger in gun handle shooters used on games like Star Trek: The Next Generation and Terminator 2. Original springs are commonly crushed/broken, which results in a "floppy" gun trigger. Restore original feel and operation to your gun handle shooter with this brand new original part!

As used on many late-model Bally, Williams, and Stern pinball games. These are the technical info charts that originally came stapled to the bottom or side wall of the main cabinet interior. Most originals get damaged or lost over the years. These new charts are hard-laminated for good looks, durability, and protection!

Later-Model Games (1995-up) have tech. sheets that include vital game information including fuse listings/values, coil and flash lamp layout with wire colors and PC board connection points, coil and flashlamp part numbers, lamp matrix diagram and switch matrix diagram with matrix layout and wire colors.

Early-Model Games (pre-1995) have tech. sheets that typically feature just the switch and lamp matrix diagrams.

Williams Instruction Booklet Envelope: $5.95 ea. Part # PDG330
Reproduction envelope used to hold the small Instruction Booklet (or "Operator's Handbook") used with solid-state Williams pinball games (1977-up). Can be used on later-model games as well. Often torn, damaged, or missing from most games. Staples to inside wall of main cabinet (see inset in image at left) and holds Instruction Booklet for easy access.
