Game Description:

The Merit Megatouch games have always been some of the most popular, addicting, and best money-making games in the commercial coin-op market, featuring the best & funnest games, and the best quality machines in the market. Most every bar, pool hall, and game room in any town will have at least one of these on the counter or bar- and someone always playing it! Very addicting fun for the commercial location, or home game room or bar room.

This small game fits on nearly any countertop or bar, and has a swivel base that lets it rotate 360-degrees in any direction. Games are played by "touch"- simply touching the screen to control the game you are playing- no complicated buttons, knobs, joysticks, or other controls.

Megatouch 6 features 24 different games- most of which are classic "Merit" favorites. The list includes:

This game also has several great games that are popular with young kids- Mem-O-Ree (memory "flip card" type game), Horses (horse-racing game), and Breakin' Bricks (Atari "Breakout" type game).

Something for everyone in this compact, easy, and fun to use gameroom piece! Most customers that we have sold Megatouch games to in past years have grown addicted to them and still play them on a regular basis- with no one wanting to sell or trade them back in! These little games grow on you and after a few plays, we think you'll see why!

This game also includes a built-in touchscreen "menu system" for operating and adjusting the game. Buttons behind the coin box unit (removed by key on right side of game) will allow access to the game's menus and adjustments. User can select which games are made available, pricing for game play, clearing high scores, and other similar adjustments. Menus are self-explanatory and simple to use.

Game also includes a calibration feature which allows the touch-screen panel to be calibrated for precise operation. And test mode to check touch screen operation and response.

Game Condition Details:

This game is in overall excellent condition. It is original throughout, lightly used, and shows only a few very light signs of use or wear/tear here and there. Overall fantastic shape for a classic game of it's age.

The cabinet exterior on this game is in great shape- no signs of damage or abuse to the cabinet- all very smooth and clean in every respect. Original cabinet-side decals are still present on this game and in great shape, and it includes the plastic "marquee" sign that screws to the top (often missing on most Megatouch games). No unsightly gouges, chips, scratches or other blemishes on the cabinet.

Monitor (picture tube) is a new unit- recently replaced- so has a brand-new quality picture with bright, vibrant colors, and will no doubt last for many years. Touch-screen membrane is original on this game and in good working condition. It does have a few spots that are a bit stubborn to the touch sometimes, but occasional calibration of the screen through the self-test function can be used to "dial in" the touch screen. Monitor in this game features an easy-to-use remote-control adjustment pad (located in back panel of machine) to allow user to adjust picture quality like brightness, contrast, vertical/horizontal settings, etc.

Cabinet interior is generally clean and in good order.

Game is complete and will work on U.S. quarters. Game is also rigged up with a "free play" button mounted on the bottom front edge (mini pushbutton mounted below screen/coin box- out of sight) which gives credits when pushed- just like dropping in a quarter. Should the owner so desire, the pushbutton can be disconnected to allow the game to be operated only by coins.

  • Out-of-Town Sale: Game is sold strictly "as-is" with NO WARRANTY to customers outside our Local/Full Service Area, or commercial (non-home) customers.

  • Shipping and Packaging Services are available to our out-of-town customers, and average around $200 on a game of this size and weight, but may vary depending on actual destination and some shipping/packaging options. Contact us if you need any information on shipping or a shipping cost quote.

  • Paperwork: Original game operation manual is not included with this game (missing) but a brief instruction sheet will be included to help familliarize customer with general operation of game. Game operation is mostly self-explanatory so original operation manuals aren't usually needed for these types of games- menu-driven system built-in to the game allows for quick easy changes to game settings- all accessed via buttons behind the coin box door/assembly.

  • Includes: Game is complete as shown in images, and also includes detachable power cord that plugs into back of game, and set of 2 keys for the locks on the right side, and back panel of game.
