Game Description:

World Poker Tour captures all the fun and excitement of the poker craze, based on the worldwide syndicated "World Poker Tour" tournament. The design of this latest release from Stern Pinball was commissioned by legendary pinball designer Steve Ritchie and in traditional Steve Ritchie style, it is loaded with fast, sweeping shots, and a host of drop targets (16 total) for fun, fast, exciting play. This game boasts a wide-open playfield with long, sweeping shots- similar features found in traditional classic games like Attack From Mars, Medieval Madness, and others.

This game also features a second "upper" playfield at the top of the main playfield- a feature not found on many pinball games. Two additional flippers are present on the upper field, for a total of 4 overall on this game.

This game also touts a new feature- an L.E.D. based "dot matrix" type display embedded in the center of the main playfield which keeps track of card hands and prompts the player during play. This display is used in addition to the tranditional 128x32 dot matrix score display mounted in the backbox.
