White Nylon Cap Nuts: 19¢ ea. Part# HWR1
These 5/16" white nylon cap nuts are used on top of playfield posts to hold plastics (or "light shields") in place. Commonly used on Bally and Williams pinballs from late 1970's through mid 1980's. (Can be used on other makes/models, and on newer/older games, too.) Restore your game to original condition! Replace your old yellowed, cracked, scratched, brittle, stripped-out, or missing cap nuts with these brand new bright white replacements! Will also replace rubber post caps that some games used- and last longer!

Metal Acorn Nuts: 25¢ ea Genuine Replacements for Gottlieb, Atari, and more!

Here's a hard-to-find item! Genuine original "PAL" brand acorn cap nuts. These cap nuts are used on top of playfield posts and moving playfield gates on most Gottlieb games, vintage Bally games, and even some Atari, Allied Liesure, and Fascination Int'l games, too. Their most common use is on top of playfield posts to hold plastics (or "light shields") in place. Gottlieb used these acorn nuts exclusively on their games for decades, and only these replacements will work on these games! We've acquired a limited supply of these that can be used to restore your game to original condition! Replace your old rusty, bent, scratched, damaged, or missing acorn nuts with these brand new replacements!

INSTALLATION NOTE: Old used acorn nuts are pretty easy to take off and put on, but brand new ones are usually a bit stubborn. We suggest installation with a 5/16" shallow socket driver wrench which helps apply downward pressure while turning the nut. These nuts are self-threading and often need some extra effort to get them to "bite" and thread onto the metal stud when they are brand new.

Nylock Nuts:

Bright shiny new chrome nylock nuts with fresh clean white nylon insert. Make your game look brand new again with new hardware! Frequently used on most makes/models of games to hold down plastics, ramps, and to secure parts on mechanical assemblies above and below playfield.

Nut with built-in locking star washer. Fits #10-24 bolts/screws. Use with side-rail carriage bolts or mini-posts, below.

Playfield Pivot Sleeve Nuts:

Threaded sleeve nuts that mount on inside of main cabinet wall and act as a pivot or slide pin for the playfield. Attaches to cabinet carriage bolt that installs from outside of cabinet (not included). Used on most Bally/Williams games from mid/late 1980's and up. Commonly worn out or missing in many games.

Earlier games will use shorter 11/16" nut (02-4329-2) and later-model games with slide-out rails will use longer 7/8" nut (02-4329-1). All have 3/8 x 16 internal thread.

Backbox Hinge Sleeve Nut: $2.99 ea Part # 02-4352
Black sleeve nut with hex wrench opening used to secure backbox hinge on main cabinet side from interior cabinet side on Bally and Williams games from approx. 1988-1999. Original factory part- correct fit. Used with carriage bolt # 4322-01139-12B, available in Carriage Bolts section below.

Tilt Plumb Bob Wing Nut: 63¢ ea Part# HWR43
Wing nut used to secure the tilt plumb bob on threaded rod in Bally/Williams pinball games, including Twilight Zone, Addams Family and many more. TWO wing nuts are used per game- one on the top, and one on the bottom, of the bob itself. Commonly lost or missing item in most used games!

Standard size 1/4-inch hex head screws (1/2-inch long wood screw thread) as used on most games from late 1970's on up. Commonly used to hold down playfield hardware (on top and bottom side of playfield) including lamp sockets, coil brackets, flipper baseplates, playfield plastics, wireform ramps, and most other hardware. Correct replacement for original parts with NO slot in the head. Great replacement for phillips or standard-head screws in older games, too!

1/4 Inch Oversize Hex Head Screws: $1.00 per bag (12 pcs) Part# HWR4SETA
Oversize 1/4-inch hex head screws (1/2-inch long wood screw thread) as used on most late-model Bally & Williams games from mid 1990's on up. This oversize screw has a wider thread that is great for securing parts where the original screw hole is stripped out or loose, or where extra strength is needed such as flipper baseplates, ball up-kickers, and other high-strength devices. Correct replacement for original parts with NO slot in the head. Great replacement for phillips or standard-head screws in older games, too!

Small wood screws with flat phillips head. As used on springsteel metal flaps on front of ramp entrances- to hold ramp to playfield. Also used on metal ramps in plunger lane, etc. Replace those stripped, dull, or dirt-filled screw heads with these brand new bright shiny plated screws- give your game, and it's ramps, that brand new look again!

#6-32 x 3/8" Machine Screw: $1.00 per bag (12 pcs) Part# HWR6SET
#6 machine screws, 32 threads per inch, 3/8 inch length. Common machine screw used for many parts on most makes/models of games- everything from securing circuit boards to holding down plastics on metal posts on the playfield. Always pays to have a few on hand!

#6-32 x 3/8" Hex Washer Head Machine Screw: $1.00 per bag (12 pcs) Part# HWR24SET
#6 machine screws with "built-in" washer head, 32 threads per inch, 3/8 inch length. As used on many pinball games to hold down plastics and ramps- these screw into metal posts on the playfield at ramp entrances, etc. Many other uses, too. Always pays to have a few on hand!

#6-32 is the smaller size (smaller diameter) of the two sizes of this part used on games over the years. Some later-model games (late 1980's and up) may use the larger #8-32 size part (below).

#8-32 x 3/8" Phillips Head Black Machine Screw: $1.00 per bag (12 pcs) Part# HWR26SET
Black phillips-head screw as used to secure circuit boards in backbox in vintage Bally pinball games (1977-1985). Can also be used to replace the unpleasant slotted-head screws in Stern games from the same era. These look great, are 100% correct for restoration- and are a great finishing touch to the reconditioning of your classic game (they make handy spares, too!)

Pop Bumper Cap Screws: $1.00 per bag (12 pcs) Part# HWR9SET
Used to secure bumper cap to top of pop bumper on most modern/late-model pinball games. Identical to original factory type screws. 5/8-inch overall length (1/2-inch thread length) with Phillips head. Replace those stripped, dull, or rusty looking screws on your game with these shiny clean brand new replacements, or grab a few for handy spares! (Will not work in place of larger screws used on older games).

Phillips-head screw for securing coil stop on flipper assemblies used in most Data East, Sega, and Capcom pinball games. 1/4-20 x 3/8" threads. Replaces Data East # 237-5861-00 and Capcom # SC00169-26. Two of these are used to secure the coil stop on one flipper assembly. Reference Data East flipper assembly #'s 500-5606-71 (right) and 500-5606-72 (left).

Microswitch Mounting Screw & Nut Set: $1.00 per set (12 pcs) Part# HWR27SETA
Just what you needed! These tiny screws and nuts are used to secure the small microswitches to mounting tabs and brackets on, and under the playfield. Commonly rusted, oxidized, stripped, or missing on many games. Very easy to lose when working on your game. Each switch typically uses 2 screws, and 2 nuts. This set includes 3 sets of nuts/screws (will do 3 switches). Grab a few to keep in your pinball toolbox for emergency repairs!

	Flipper Bushing Nuts/Screws: $1.00 per bag (12 pcs) Part# HWRKIT2 Set of 6 nuts and 6 screws for use on most makes and models of games that use machine screws to attach the nylon flipper bushing (above) to metal flipper baseplate. Can be used on early (1980-up) Williams, and late-model Bally/Williams games (1989-up), as well as all Data East, Sega, and new Stern pinballs. This set of 12 pcs. will do two flipper bushings (3 nuts/screws per bushing). Nuts are often missing on most games, and occasionally screws can be stripped or broken off, or missing as well. If rebuilding or repairing your flippers, be sure to replace the nuts and screws on the bushing for a complete job, and added reliability! Need new flipper bushings? 	End-of-Stroke (EOS) Switch Tinnerman / Speed Nut: 80¢ each Part # 20-6516 Tinnerman nut for flipper end-of-stroke (EOS) switch mounting. As used on many makes/models. Replaces Bally/Williams # 20-6516. Uses #4 sheet metal screw (below).
	Flipper EOS Switch Mounting Screw- 5/8 inch: 14¢ each Part # HWR46 Mounting screw for single end-of-stroke switch mounting on flipper assembly. Can be used for most makes/models. Use two (2) screws per switch. Used with tinnerman nut 20-6516 (above).
	Flipper EOS Switch Mounting Screw- 3/4 inch: 18¢ each Part # HWR47 Mounting screw for end-of-stroke switch mounting on flipper assembly. This longer screw can be used with switch stacks using two switches- for dual flippers or "lane change" switch mounted behind EOS switch. Can be used for most makes/models. For that correct factory look! Do the job right with this hand rivet tool set which is used to install the smooth-top factory-style rivets commonly used on most makes and models of pinball games. This is the same tool we use in our shop on our high-end pinball restorations. Do away with that "cheap" look from using nuts, screws, and common "pop" rivets to replace or repair riveted parts on your game. Do the job right, and make it look right, with the right tools- the tools the pro's use! Doesn't your classic game deserve it?

This set includes:

Commercial quality hand rivet tool with 3-inch clearance gap for installing rivets on almost any pinball part.
Two rivet dies for 1/8-inch rivets- one for rounded top side of rivet, and one "spreader" die for bottom side of rivet.

Rivets & Rivet Washers: Correct factory-style round-top rivets!

Smooth round-top rivets for use with our RIVSET1 rivet tool & die set (above). Rivets have 1/8-inch diameter shaft, which are used for most all pinball applications. Available in several common pinball lengths:

6/32 Length: Short rivet, commonly used for thinner applications like riveting metal flaps to ramp entrances (original factory ramps), or thin metal parts to flat plastics.
8/32 Length: Medium rivet, commonly used for connecting brackets to flat plastics, including plastics parts, signs, and some lamp sockets.
10/32 Length: Long rivet, commonly used for connecting multiple parts like flasher lamp domes and PC boards to flat plastics.

Rivet washers are used with most rivet applications, to help secure the rivet on the back side of the assembly. (Not all parts require a washer- use old part(s) for reference).

How to determine rivet length: Rivets are available in 1/32-inch length increments. Simply add up the measurements of the thicknesses of the materials you are riveting together, add 1/32-inch for rivet washer (if used), and 2/32 (1/16) for "clinch allowance" which is the portion of the rivet which will be "rolled" or "crushed" on the back side of the assembly. Here is a typical example:

Metal bracket on top of a flat plastic: 1/32 inch
Flat plastic: 2/32 inch
Rivet washer: 1/32 inch
Clinch allowance: 2/32 inch

Total: 6/32 - use 6/32 length rivet.

Here's what you need if you've ever cross-threaded a playfield post, backbox bolt, or had one snap off when trying to remove! Available in common sizes for playfield posts/studs and backbox bolts. Used on many games to provide tension on front or back of coil to keep the coil firmly in place when mounted. Commonly used on older Bally solid-state games, and later-model Data East, Sega, and Stern pinball games. Will fit/work on any make/model that uses standard size coils. Measures 7/8" outer diameter, 1/2" inner diameter.

	Backbox Hinge Carriage Bolt: $1.65 ea Part # 4322-01139-12B Short black carriage bolt used to secure backbox hinge from outside on main cabinet side on Bally and Williams games from approx. 1988-1999. 	Ball Shooter Internal Spring (Strongest): $1.56 ea Part # 10-148-2 Extra-strength (strongest) plunger spring as used on some games requiring extra power to get the ball up a ramp or loop and onto the playfield- such as Black Knight 2000, High Speed, Pinball Magic, Taxi, and similar games. 	Ball Shooter External Barrel Spring: 90¢ ea Part # 10-149 Replace that mashed, broken, rusty, or otherwise worn out outer plunger (ball-shooter) spring on your game. If you can't raise the playfield on your game without pulling out the plunger, you may have a mashed barrel spring. 	Flipper Return Spring, Side-Mount: 45¢ ea For Bally/Williams games. Part # 10-364 Small side-mounted return spring for Bally/Williams games 1991-up. Can also be used on earlier games to replace 10-364 spring, with some modifications to other parts for mounting as required.

	Flipper Coil Return Spring, Side-Mount: $1.79 ea For Data East, Sega, and new Stern games. Part # 265-5035-00 Replacement side-mounted flipper return spring for late-model Sega and modern Stern pinball games. This spring returns the flipper to it's "low" or "rest" position, and connects between the flipper crank/pawl, and end-of-stroke switch mounting tab. Commonly broken or worn-out on used games. Grab a few for emergency spares! Replaces Data East # 266-5002-00 and Sega/Stern # 265-5035-00.

	Blue Threadlocker Compound: $3.95 ea Part# PTEX242 Keep those nuts & screws in place! Strong non-permanent threadlocker compound keeps nuts and screws in place and prevents loosening or falling out from vibration. Allows for easy removal- does not set hard or permanent and won't damage any of the parts on your game. We use this compound on all the games we overhaul and restore in our shop, and it has saved a lot of unnecessary service calls and repairs over the years. Ideal for use on flipper coil stop screws, pop bumper and kicker bracket screws, nuts and screws on vertical up-kicker and ball popper units, post screw t-nuts, and much more. Comes in small 6 ml. bottle but will treat a LOT of hardware! Just a small drop on threads will help lock them in place. And allows for easy removal in the future.
	Plunger Shaft E-Clip: 29¢ ea Part# ECLIP8830 Brand new correct replacement! Replace those old out-dated horse-shoe clips and frustrating snap-rings with this standard replacement e-clip. Fits plunger shaft of any make/model- perfectly! Replaces Bally part # P-2891-8, Stern # 270-5012-00, and others. 	Cabinet Back Nylon Gliders: $3.00 / set of 4 Part # GLIDER_7/8 Set of 4 bright white nylon gliders (7/8" diameter) that will fit on the back of your game (main cabinet). Use on any make/model of pinball. Replace those old ugly scuffed up, broken, or missing gliders. These gliders simply tap into place (existing nail holes) with a small hammer. Can also be used on bottom side of backbox corners. A nice finishing touch!
	Twist Nails for Cabinet Side Rails: 40¢ ea *Temporarily out- please check back...* Part# HWR51 Spiral twist nail used for side-rail mounting on most older vintage pinball games.
