Cleaners, Polishes, Wax:
Products listed here have been used and proven safe on many commercial coin-operated pinball game playfields- old and new, as well as mylar coatings, and catalyzed clearcoat (or "Diamondplate") finishes, as used on modern pinball games. Cleaners and waxes we sell are not recommended for older "home model" pinball games, and may damage the finish on games that have been "touched up" by hand or that have been coated with an inferior aftermarket clearcoat or sealer product. Use of any of these products is always done so at your own risk.

Available in liquid, or paste form, in 16oz bottle or tin. Our highest recommendation for playfield wax. Formulated for car finishes, but a fantastic protectant and shine for your playfield!

Crystal Clear Carnauba Paste Wax: $16.59 Ideal for older games (pre-clearcoat/pre-Diamondplate)

Tips for use

Big 1-pound can! This wax is ideal for older games with standard polyurethane coatings that were made before clearcoating and Diamondplating which were introduced around 1990. Older games have a tendency to develop hairline cracks in the surface as they age, and standard waxes will typically get caught in these cracks and dry to a hazy white coloring, which accentuates the cracks and makes them stand out. Waxing an older game with standard wax can usually make it look worse than not waxing it at all.

Not so with Crystal Clear Paste Wax. This wax dries clear so it won't make playfield stress cracks and other blemishes stand out or appear unsightly. And this wax has Carnauba which makes it one of the hardest waxes made, which provides excellent protection against wear and tear to your valuable game.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser: $2.00 ea Great cleaner for playfields with years of grime and wear/tear. Proven highly effective on older playfields with ball "swirl" marks in the polyurethane finish. Removes a large amount of ground-in dirt, especially from ball swirl marks, making many of them nearly indetectible. Doesn't erase all of the wear/tear on a used game (nothing will), but does a much better job on age-related dirt and grime than standard cleaners/polishes. Give it a try! Really restores a lot of years to a used playfield.

Sponge-like disposable pad, lightly dampened with water (or alcohol), is used to rub the playfield clean of buildup. Special chemical make-up of the pad penetrates surface grooves where dirt and grime get trapped. Easily and thoroughly breaks up dirt, lifting it away from the surface. Use it over and over until it's gone.

Tips for Use: One Magic Eraser will usually cover general cleaning of one standard size playfield. For wide-body games, or extensive/full cleaning, we recommend 2 Magic Erasers. We suggest a general cleaning of your playfield surface first, before using the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Then follow up the Magic Eraser treatment with our #1 recommended Diamond Bright cleaner/polish for polishing and adding some shine, and a coat or two of Kit Carnauba Wax for extra shine and protection. (Both items listed above.)

Polished chrome steel. Brand new! 1-1/16" diameter, as used in standard commercial/coin-operated pinball games. Replace those scratched, chipped, and cloudy-looking old balls with shiny new ones! If you can't see your clear reflection in the ball, it's time to replace! Worn balls will cause premature wear to your playfield surface and parts! Make balls a regular replacement item for your game.

New balls we sell have a light film of oil on them to prevent rust- clean with soft cloth before placing in your game.

Standard replacement ball shooter rod for most makes/models of pinball games. Direct replacement for Bally/Williams part #20-9253-7 and new Stern/Sega/Data East part # 515-6557-00. Also replaces Gottlieb A-8833, old Stern A-315-x, and ohters. Black plastic knob molded to shiny metal shaft.

Can be used on many brands of games- measurements are 8-5/8 inches overall length (7-13/16 inch from tip back to plastic knob), 3/8 inch diameter, and retaining e-clip groove about 3/4 inch back from the front tip of the plunger shaft.

Ball Shooter External Barrel Spring: 90¢ ea Part # 10-149
Replace that mashed, broken, rusty, or otherwise worn out outer plunger (ball-shooter) spring on your game. If you can't raise the playfield on your game without pulling out the plunger, you may have a mashed barrel spring. Not only improves your game's looks, but restores that like-new ball shooter alignment and action! Fits on all makes/models. Replacement for Bally part # SP-247 and Williams part # SP-149.

Ball Shooter Internal Spring (Standard): $1.50 ea Part # 10-148-4
Standard (medium) strength plunger spring- as used on most games. Put some "spring" back in your plunger with a fresh new internal plunger spring! Great replacement for a mashed or broken spring, or one that's just plain worn out! Replacement for Bally part # SP-200-24 and Williams part # SPR-10-148-4. Can be used in place of other/similar strength springs as well.

Strong strength plunger spring. Used on select games, or standard games to give them a bit more strength.

Ball Shooter Internal Spring (Strongest): $1.56 ea Part # 10-148-2
Extra-strength (strongest) plunger spring as used on some games requiring extra power to get the ball up a ramp or loop and onto the playfield- such as Black Knight 2000, High Speed, Pinball Magic, Taxi, and similar games. Replacement for Williams # SPR-10-148-2. Not recommended for replacement on games originally using low or standard strength spring.

Ball Shooter Sleeve: 79¢ ea Part # 03-7357
Used on most all Williams games with standard type plunger up through year 2000, as well late-model Bally games (1989-up), and some Data East games, including ball shooter assembly 500-5019-14. Nylon plunger sleeve fits in metal ball shooter housing on front of game. Often damaged, worn out, gummed-up with grease, or missing altogether. This sleeve helps keep your plunger aligned and sliding through the housing smoothly, for best action. Uses no lubrication- use dry for best results.

Ball Shooter Washer: 47¢ ea Part # 242-5014-00
Brand new correct replacement! Exact factory-original replacement for this very unique, and hard-to-find washer. Most ball shooters will use 3 of these washers- one on the outside (front) of the housing, and two on the inside, on either end of the long spring. This washers help prevent damage to the housing and plunger sleeve from the springs striking them, and help prevent springs from working loose at the front end of the plunger. For use on all makes and models.

Ball Shooter Shaft E-Clip: 29¢ ea Part # ECLIP8830
Brand new correct replacement! Replace those old out-dated horse-shoe clips and frustrating snap-rings with this standard replacement e-clip. Fits plunger shaft of any make/model- perfectly! Replaces Bally part # P-2891-8, Stern # 270-5012-00, and others. Easy to remove and install when changing plunger springs or sleeve, or just doing cleaning. Keep a few on hand for spares!

Ball Shooter Housing- Chrome: $18.75 ea For Williams & Late-Model Bally Games

New chrome metal replacement for Williams games mid 1960's through 1999, and Bally games approx. 1987-1999. Original equipment replacement for late-model Stern, Sega, and Data East games. Original equipment for Williams games with manual shooter, mid 1960's to 1999, and Bally games late 1980's to 1999. Can also be used as standard replacement for some other makes and models as well. Measures 2 inches square, by 1/16 inch thick.

For stronger replacement part, use Stern #535-5027-00 (below), which will fit most makes and models.

Supercedes discontinued part # 535-5027-00. Original equipment for late-model Stern, Sega, and Data East games that use manual shooter. Gun Handle Shooter Spring: $1.50 each Part# 10-304
Small coil spring used for trigger in gun handle shooters used on games like Star Trek: The Next Generation and Terminator 2. Far superior to alternative "plastic" protectors- these cloth pads "hide" better behind the legs, aren't abrasive to the finish, and won't leave marks on your cabinet like the plastic protectors will.

Fix those loose legs! Original Williams/Bally part # 01-11400-1- as used in most later-model games from approx. 1989-up, and in Pinball 2000 games as well. Can also be used in older games where mounting space allows. These upgraded heavy-duty leg bolt plates have an added threaded bushing on the back side that won't strip out like original factory plates (without bushing) that were originally used on most games. If you have a plate that's stripped, here's the perfect solution! Keep the legs snug on your game and avoid a wobbly machine or unnecessary wear to cabinet corners from loose legs. These plates are laser-cut from heavy-gauge steel stock that is stronger than original parts, and they have an added threaded bushing on the back side that won't strip out like original factory plates that were originally used on most games. If you have a plate that's stripped, here's the perfect solution! Keep the legs snug on your game and avoid a wobbly machine or unnecessary wear to cabinet corners from loose legs. Mylar Protectors:

Rollover Switch Adhesive Mylar Protectors: 75¢ ea Part # MYL13
For any make/model! Clear self-adhesive mylar protector for application around rollover lane switch openings on playfield. These help protect the edges of the playfield around the rollover switch opening from wear/tear, which can be common on older or heavily-used games. Especially handy for flipper return lanes and outlanes where balls drop from ramps overhead. Die-cut with smooth rounded curves makes installation easy and looks professional- practially invisible when installed. Direct replacement for Bally # M-1787 and others.

Measurements: 2-1/2 inches overall length. 1 inch wide. Center slot: 1-3/4 inches by 3/16 inch.

Pop Bumper Adhesive Mylar: $1.00 ea Part # MYL1
For most makes and models! These crystal clear adhesive-backed "peel-n-stick" mylar rings help protect the area around the base of the pop bumpers on your game- help prevent wear and preserve playfield finish. Each ring fits around pop bumper mounting area on the bare playfield, underneath the bumper unit. Includes cut-out "notches" to fit around the 3 threaded nail heads used to mount coil bracket under playfield. Many games shipped from the factory with these installed in place, but they do wear out over time, so always good to replace when you're doing a full playfield overhaul. Or keep a few on hand for emergency repairs/replacement! Direct replacement for Bally # M-1787.

Pop Bumper Trim Platter (non-adhesive): 70¢ ea Part # MYL2
Plastic platter only (not sticky/adhesive). Originally used on many vintage Gottlieb pinball games (part #s 8246 & B-8246) and also Bally games using the older-style metal pop bumper skirts (early 1970's and back). This clear non-adhesive mylar disc fits under the pop bumper skirt and helps protect the surrounding playfield area underneath against wear/tear from ball activity around the bumpers. Commonly worn out or missing on many used Gottlieb and Bally games- a must for replacement during playfield overhaul. Get rid of those ugly scuffed-up, foggy-looking original platters and replace with some brand new crystal clear units for a fresh new look!

Pop Bumper Trim Platter (adhesive): $1.00 ea Part # MYL3
Same as above, but a sticky (adhesive) version that can be applied directly to the playfield surface under the pop bumper body and base.

Slingshot Bumper Mylar Protectors: $1.50 / set (2 pcs) Part # MYL4
Two semi-circular adhesive-backed clear mylar protectors for use on most any game that uses slingshot bumpers (triangle-shaped bumpers above, or on either side of, the lower flippers). Just peel and stick! Can be used for protection in other areas on playfield, too. Just peel and stick for added protection. Or replace old worn out hazy-looking originals with these crystal clear new protectors! Will replace Bally # M-1787-4 and others.

Round Mylar Spot Protectors:

Round Mylar protectors in a variety of sizes for use in spots on the playfield such as areas where balls drop from ramps, in front of targets, kick-out holes, etc. Exact replacements for factory originals- both those installed at factory and also for spares shipped with some games when new.

Set of 4 bright white nylon gliders (7/8" diameter) that will fit on the back of your game (main cabinet). Use on any make/model of pinball. Replace those old ugly scuffed up, broken, or missing gliders. These gliders simply tap into place (existing nail holes) with a small hammer. Can also be used on bottom side of backbox corners. Playfield Pivot Sleeve Nuts:

Threaded sleeve nuts that mount on inside of main cabinet wall and act as a pivot or slide pin for the playfield. Attaches to cabinet carriage bolt that installs from outside of cabinet (not included). Used on most Bally/Williams games from mid/late 1980's and up. Commonly worn out or missing in many games.

Replace that old worn-out, dried-up, cracked, or missing lockdown bar strip! Fits on the underside of your game's lockdown bar- between bar and playfield glass. For standard or wide-body games. Black foam rubber insulating strip has adhesive backing for quick easy replacement of your old worn out lockdown bar insulation strip. This is the metal trim, or "lift channel" that goes on the bottom edge of the backglass on most vintage games- used on many makes and models. Measures 28-1/2 inches overall length, and is available in sizes for both earlier 3/16-inch thick backglasses, and later 1/8-inch thick backglasses.

Backglass Trim Mounting Tape Set: $3.99 (8pcs) Part # BGTRIMTAPE
This is the correct adhesive fabric mounting tape used to hold backglass trim pieces to the glass on older vintage games. Set includes 8 pieces (2 pieces per side). Each piece wraps lengthwise over the edge of the glass, and the trim piece is then pushed over the glass edge, and is held secure by the tape. A must for replacing old trim with new, and should be used anytime you're installing a new or replacement backglass.

Typically used on games with silkscreened backglasses only (instead of those with Mylar translites). Can be used with translites if necessary.

Backglass Lift Trim - Black Plastic: $7.95 ea.

Backglass bottom lift trim, or "lift channel", as used on many makes and models of games that use 1/8-inch thick glass. Black molded plastic. Several pre-cut lengths available. Can be easily trimmed/cut down to fit other size glasses as well.

3/16-inch inner width channel at bottom. Tapered back edge with internal "bead" which pinches against back side of glass/translite to stay on glass securely.

Williams EM Pinball Match/Stepper Unit Armature: $14.95 ea - 1970's Williams Electro-Mechanical Games -

Here's a rare and hard-to-find part! This armature is used on Williams electro-mechanical games made during the early-to-late 1970's which use the small match or stepper unit with two PC boards mounted on either side of it. These match units were located in the backbox, and some used as stepper units were located under the playfield on some games (Little Chief). This armature is activated by a coil, and has a spring-loaded nylon tip that moves the stepper wheel inside the match unit. Most of these nylon tips are broken off or worn away on most used games, rendering the match/stepper unit useless. Get your match or stepper unit working again with this hard-to-find factory-original NOS part! Limited number available.

Replacement Tip: Use an appropriately-sized round socket wrench socket to tap out the old housing from under the playfield. Clean out any debris from the old mounting area, and install new housing with some rubber cement to hold it in place.

Williams NOS factory original part- hard to find! This is the stainless steel metal protector plate that mounts in the plunger lane just above the ball shooter (plunger) itself. It sits on the right side-rail and protects the rail from damage from balls being ejected from the ball trough or outhole.

Usually very worn out on most used games. This rail is the earlier version with 2 mounting holes (screws not included). Additional holes can be drilled for mounting bubble level as used on later-model Bally/Williams WPC games. Very limited supply.

Standard metal ball plunger with nylon tip for use in kickback lanes, ball-launch (shooter) lanes on games with auto-plunger, replay knocker assemblies, and some other playfield devices. For use in most makes/models. This plunger measures 3-7/16 inches (87mm) overall length. Nylon tip protrudes 1-1/4 inch (31mm) from metal plunger and can be easily cut and shortened for applications requiring a shorter plunger. Use with coil spring # 266-5020-00 (below).

Can be used in auto ball-launch mechanisms on such games as Medieval Madness, Attack From Mars, Lethal Weapon 3, Guns 'n Roses, Terminator 2 and many others.

Black nylon tip that goes on the slingshot bumper kicker arm. Commonly broken or missing part on many older games. This tip is normally riveted on to the top edge of the kicker arm. You can use standard pop rivets from most home improvement/hardware stores or brass "blind" rivets, or even small nuts and screws to secure. Exact factory replacement for Data East, Sega, and Stern # 515-5216-01. Also replaces tip on Bally/Williams arm # A-12664, and can be used on most makes/models.
