PayPal.com Information

What is PayPal.com?

PayPal.com is an online service that allows you to transfer funds from your credit card, bank account, or existing PayPal account balance. PayPal was recently bought by eBay and is now a part of the eBay system. Action Pinball have been a member of PayPal since 1999 and we have been very satisfied with their services, and have never had a problem with the system. PayPal has been an integral part of our online website business and functionality.

Over 95% of our customers use PayPal.com for online payments!

No account or membership is required to make a payment via PayPal, and there is no charge to our customers for using PayPal to pay for online purchases made through our website. You can use your credit card directly, or if you have a PayPal account, use credit card, funds in your PayPal account, bank transfer, or eCheck.

PayPal does not charge you anything to send money through it's system. PayPal charges a fee only to businesses and merchants that accept PayPal payments online.

Our PayPal Payment Policy

We can accept PayPal payments for any items or services we offer, but we reserve the right to refuse payment via PayPal for any reason, or to delay payments made through PayPal if they require time to clear the bank (such as eCheck payments). For more information, see our Payment Policy page.

We are able to refund PayPal payments back through the PayPal system according to their current refund policy, which at the time of this publication, is a 60 day period from when the payment was made. After 60 days, refunds can still be made, but a fee will apply to cover fund transfer fee which is not refundable after 60 days.

How to Pay Using PayPal.com:

For Online (Web Site) Shopping:

Add to Cart

Products listed on our website can be purchased using the online "Shopping Cart" system. To add an item to your cart, click wherever you see the "Add to Cart" button (left) or Add to Cart link. The corresponding item will be added to your "cart". You can select quantities as well (1, 2, or more, etc).

When finished shopping, click the Checkout link, or button. Shipping costs will be calculated and your payment will be made through PayPal.com.

No PayPal account is required to order through our website- you can order directly using your credit card without a PayPal account, or if you do have a PayPal account, use your credit card, PayPal account funds, bank transfer, or eCheck. We can also e-mail you a PayPal "Payment Request":

A PayPal "Payment Request" is an e-mail message that is a request for payment for your order, and includes "walk-through" instructions on how to make your payment using PayPal.com. This is the easiest way to make payment through PayPal.com, especially if you are a novice user, or new to the PayPal system. E-mail us if you would like more info, or a PayPal Payment Request sent to you for your order!

For Sending Payment Directly Through PayPal.com:

Go to www.paypal.com. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in at this point.
Click the "Send Money" tab at the top of the PayPal window. This will bring up a form for you to fill out.
Fill out the form. The first item in the form is the e-mail address of the person/company you are sending payment to. For us, this is: staff@actionpinball.com
Fill out the rest of the form, including the payment amount, payment method, and note field. In the note field, include a brief description of what it is you are ordering, and your shipping address, so that we know what to send you, and where to send it.
Follow the rest of the instructions to send the payment. Once we have received it, we will send you a return e-mail notifying you that it has been received, and will promptly ship your order.
