Pop Bumper Assembly: $78.45 ea For Bally & Bally/Midway Games...
Part # POP_ASSY3
Pop bumper assembly for solid-state Bally and Bally/Midway games. Used on games from approx. 1981 through 1988 including such titles as Eight Ball Champ, Eight Ball Deluxe, Fireball Classic, Kings of Steel, Medusa and more.
THIS ASSEMBLY DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Three (3) hex-head studs for attaching coil bracket to underside of plastic base (discontinued/obsolete parts)
- Washers and nuts (3 each) for obsolete hex-head studs (available separately on our Hardware page if needed.)
- Pop bumper switch stack and mounting hardware (discontinued/obsolete)
- Pop bumper body internal nylon ring (discontinued/obsolete)- not necessary/required for assembly.
- Original-style lamp PC board assembly (discontinued/obsolete)- replaced with lamp socket w/leads and #555 lamp.
- Pop bumper ring and cap. Most caps are game-specific parts. Some may be available as reproductions by special order- others may be no longer available. E-mail us with your game name for more info.
Ships with AE-26-1200 coil with 1 diode on coil lugs. If your game requires a different coil/diode configuration, contact us at time of ordering. Ships with modified generic-style coil mounting bracket, to accomodate mounting holes on underside of plastic base (original coil bracket discontinued/obsolete).

Williams Pop Bumper Caps:
Translucent colored plastic- variety of colors. Authentic (NOS) Williams factory parts. Will fit all Williams games from approx. 1975-1999, late-model Bally games from approx. 1989-1999, and all Data East, Sega, and new Stern games. May also fit some other makes/models that use same design.
NOTE: Most caps will naturally have a few various light superficial scuffs when new, which are from the manufacturing process, as well as shipping and general storage/handling. These were not individually bagged or wrapped when produced at the factory- just shipped all together in boxes/bins. If you require a "perfect" cap for a high-end restoration or similar game, please check with us before ordering, but otherwise please be aware that these were not made to go in museums, but on games run in arcades, bars, bowling alleys, etc., so some minor imperfections may be present as a natural result of the manufacturing and shipping processes. Fits most makes and models of games that use standard pop bumper mechanisms. Use with bodies # 545-5197-00 and C-114-3 above. Replacement for Williams/Bally part #03-6009-A5, Gottlieb B-10432, and Data East, Sega, and Stern #545-5195-00. This is the bottom-most part of the pop bumper, located on the top side of playfield- fits just under the pop bumper skirt. Everything else mounts on top of this. Most bases are commonly cracked, broken, or very dirty on used games. A cheap replacement and a must if you're doing any work with your pop bumpers disassembled- this is the time to replace the base!

Brand new shiny #6 nylock nuts with bright white nylon insert. As used to secure pop bumper bracket and yoke (above)- each pop bumper mechanism uses 5 of these nuts (1 bag will do 3 pop bumpers). Get rid of those unsightly, dirty, worn out old nuts and replace with some great looking new hardware. Or keep a few around for handy spares!

Pop Bumper Coil Plunger Spring: 87¢ ea

For all makes and models. This is the spring that goes on the coil plunger for pop bumper assemblies. Replaces Bally # SP-200-196, Gottlieb # A-590, Williams #10-135 & #10-326, Data East, Sega, and Stern part # 266-5047-00, old Stern # 5A-164, and others. If your pop bumpers lack good response from the ball, intermittently score on their own, or if you notice wiggling or "bouncing" of the ring/rod unit during play, then you may have worn out coil plunger springs under the playfield.
Can also be used on other similar devices on most games- flippers, kicker bumpers, ball kick-outs, etc.

For all makes and models. This is the short spring (approx. 1/2-inch tall) that goes under the pop bumper and supports the skirt that the ball activates. Replaces Bally # SP-200-177, Williams # 10-7, and Data East, Sega, and Stern part # 266-5048-01, Gottlieb # A-10430, and more. Can be used on most all makes and models- old and new. Restore that "like-new" operation to your pop bumpers by replacing it's springs during your rebuild.

Great replacement that will fit nearly any make/model. Wedge-base (#555 type) lamp socket that fits inside pop bumper bodies, with insulated wire leads that go down through bumper body & base and to underside of playfield. Direct replacement for Data East/Sega/Stern # 077-5206-00, and good replacement for obsolete Bally/Williams # A-11199.

Coil Sleeve - 1-3/4": 70¢ ea

New coil sleeve- 1-3/4" overall length. Ideal replacement for most standard size coils- EM and early solid-state flippers, pop bumpers, slingshot bumpers, ball eject and saucer coils, etc. Direct replacement for Williams # 03-7066, Stern # 545-5031-00 & 545-5411-00, and others. Recommended if you are rebuilding your slingshot and kicker bumpers- old worn sleeves can add friction to coil plungers and decrease performance of bumpers.
