Kits for more games are continually being added each week as they come available. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RING KITS: (Please read before you order!)
- All kits include flipper rubbers, plunger tip, post/bumper rubbers, mini post rubbers, and top arch rebound rubber, for games that use them, as well as all standard rings and rebound rubbers/post sleeves. If you have any questions on what is or isn't included, just e-mail us.
- Kits do NOT include Special, unique, discontinued, or out-of-production rubber parts such as blue rubber pads on ramps (late-model games), rubber post cap nuts for holding down plastics, short post bumpers for Data East, Sega, and late-model Stern games, "tee" rubbers for rebound posts on older games, or any other parts not generally considered "playfield rubber rings or bumpers". Some of these parts may be available separately, or not at all if they are discontinued or in limited supply. Some kits may include substitutions for discontinued parts- see our Ring Kit Notes & Colors listing for exact details. Just ask if you have any question on what may or may not be included in your kit- preferably before you order.
- Kit Completeness: Click on the "Notes" link next to any kit listed in the links above to see if there are any parts that may not be included or that may be substituted in your kit before ordering. Most rubber ring kits that we offer are initially created from rubber ring parts lists in actual game manuals. Game manuals are notorious for errors and omissions of specific rubber rings, so occasionally some kits offered may not be 100% accurate or complete. Some games may use some rubber parts that are discontinued and no longer being made. We apologize in advance for any kits that may be incorrect or incomplete, but have only limited resources to work with when trying to put together new kits for games. We do not charge for parts not included in kits, or parts that we cannot provide.
- Kit Corrections - Additional/Different Parts: If your kit is missing any needed parts, or has any incorrect parts for your game, please let us know right away, and we will gladly send you out the correct parts that you need, at no extra charge. All we ask in return is that you provide us with the corrected information for the kit, so that we can update our records and ensure that any future kits we send out will have the correct parts. We greatly appreciate any customer feedback that helps us provide better products and services!
- Part Substitutions: Click on the "Notes" link next to any kit listed in the links above to see if there are any parts that may not be included or that may be substituted in your kit before ordering. When certain parts in kits are not available, or have been discontinued, we may substitute similar parts, or parts of different colors, where necessary, and where possible. Such substitutions are noted on our website when possible, so our customers are aware before ordering. We do not charge for parts not included in kits, or parts that we cannot provide.
- Rubber Colors: Click on the "Colors" link next to any kit listed in the links above to see what colors that kit ships with, by default. We try to provide rubber rings and parts in colors as originally specified by game manufacturer, whenever available, however some options may be available such as flipper rubber and plunger tip color, etc. Some colors may vary depending on availability, or may not be available if discontinued. Some may require additional charge if there is a difference in cost. Contact us if you have any specific questions or requests. We can often substitute rubbers of different colors into kits, upon request, at no additional charge (such as white rings instead of black, etc.) Contact us with any requests or questions you may have.
- Ring Locations/Installation: Each kit includes a listing of parts and quantities included in the kit, and a chart for locating the ring locations on the playfield (where available). Some game manuals may include a chart showing locations of most of the rubber rings used, too- you can refer to your game manual when necessary or available. You are responsible for properly installing the rings in the proper locations, on your particular game.
- Determining Rubber Ring Sizes: Each ring kit now comes with a rubber ring sizing chart that will quickly and easily help you determine the size of any ring. Most rings also have their size molded in the edge of the ring.
- Data East/Sega/Stern games: We do not include short post bumpers, part #545-5151-00, in kits we sell, as they are not a common "wear" part that needs to be replaced regularly. These bumpers sit at the bottom of the posts on top and bottom of slingshot bumpers, etc. But they are available separately (see listing above or e-mail us if you are not sure of quanitity used on your game). We actually recommend removing these from your game as they tend to kill the momentum of the ball, and make for slower, sluggish play. Removing these bumpers will most likely improve the play of your game.
- Kit Contents Requests: Please do not e-mail us asking for a listing of individual kit contents- such requests will not be responded to. We have invested a lot of time and effort in putting together the rubber kits we sell, and continue to try and make them as complete and accurate as possible, so in consideration of our work invested, we do not provide listings of kit contents, other than in the kits themselves. If you need a listing of kit contents, you must buy the kit.
