IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RING KITS: (Please read before you order!)
- Rubber Colors: Kits we provide are normally shipped in factory-original colors (where/when available). We can substitute colors upon request- just call, e-mail, or include a note with your online order. Click on the "Colors" link next to any kit listed in the links above to see what colors that kit ships with, by default.
- All kits include flipper rubbers, plunger tip, post/bumper rubbers, mini post rubbers, and top arch rebound rubber, for games that use them, as well as all standard rings and rebound rubbers/post sleeves. If you have any questions on what is or isn't included, just e-mail us.
- Kits do NOT include some unique, or non-ball-contact parts, such as rubber cap nuts on top of plastics, blue rubber pads at ends of ramps (late-model games), short post bumpers for some Data East games, or any other parts not generally considered "playfield rubber rings or bumpers". Some of these parts may be available separately, or not at all if they are discontinued or in limited supply. Some kits may include substitutions for discontinued parts- see our Ring Kit Notes & Colors listing for exact details. E-mail us if you have any questions.
- Game Modifications: Some older used games may have had some minor custom changes made to them over the decades by previous owners- things like playfield posts being added or removed, etc. Some may simply have had some rubber rings installed wrong by a previous owner. Kits we sell are based on the factory-original layout of the game, so if you have a 'modified' game, the rubber ring kit may not match what you see on your game. We recommend installing rings based on the diagram in the kit, which reflects the factory-original design.
- Kit Corrections - Additional/Different Parts: If you suspect a problem with your kit, please contact us right away. We encourage, and greatly appreciate, and feedback on the kits we sell, so that we can correct any possible problems and continue to offer the best and most accurate kits in the pinball industry!
- Ring Locations/Installation: Kits we sell include a listing of parts and quantities used, and a chart for identifying the ring locations on the playfield.
- Determining Rubber Ring Sizes: Our kits also include a rubber ring sizing chart that will help you quickly and easily determine the size of any ring. Most rings also have their size molded into the edge of the ring, for easy identification.
- Data East/Sega/Stern games: Some of these games use short post bumpers (part #545-5151-00) in various locations on the playfield. These bumpers sit at the bottom of some of the posts on the playfield (slingshot bumpers, etc.) These are not included in kits we sell, as they are not a common "wear" part that needs to be replaced regularly. They are available separately below. We actually recommend removing these from your game as they tend to kill the momentum of the ball, and make for slower, sluggish play. Removing these bumpers will usually improve the play of your game.
- Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: All rubber ring kit sales are final- no returns, exchanges, or refunds. No exceptions.
