Game Value Report
We can provide a professional Game Value Report for your game, which gives current market value (or "going rate") of the game, a more accurate value based on information about your game that you provide, and other statistical information.
Cost for each Game Value Report is $7.50, and reports are sent by e-mail, or we can also send printed hard-copies of reports by US Mail for an additional shipping/handling charge of $1.00 within the U.S., and $2.50 elsewhere, worldwide.
Game Value Reports are available for pinball machines, bingo pinballs, baseball games, rifle games, and bowler games produced from approximately the year 1900 to date, and include information about your game, as listed below. We do not provide Game Value Reports for any other types of games at this time (ie: slot machines, video games, etc.)
Reports are available as described below. If you are interested in frequent or multiple Game Value Reports, you may want to consider purchasing a copy of the Mr. Pinball Flipper Pinball List & Price Guide which is an annual publication that includes most (but not all) of the information that we provide in our Game Value Reports.

Each Game Value Report Includes: *
- Current market value or "going rate" of game in average working condition.
- Approximate value of your actual game, based on information you provide to us (see below).
- Month and year that the game was produced.
- Number of players that the game features.
- Game play features/devices listing.
- Production numbers (number of units produced) and indication of rareity, scarcity, etc.
- Collectibility & popularity status.
- Increasing value status (value increasing or decreasing over time).
- Listing of game designers, engineers, and artists that worked to create the game.
- Any available trivia regarding the game.
* Not all of the above info may be available for all games, and some approximations may be used as required. If we are unable to provide any info on your game, the fee will be refunded.
How to Purchase a Report:
1) Choose either of the options from the table below:
- Option 1 is for a report only, and should be used if you are not buying any parts or supplies today through our website.
- Option 2 should be used if you are buying parts/supplies today through our website. The report will be added to your Shopping Cart, along with items you are buying. Cost for report(s) and any items will be combined with shipping/handling fees at checkout time.
2) As you checkout and complete the payment process, please include the following information in the notes entry box by clicking the "Game Name(s) & Details" link on the "Review Your Payment" page during checkout. Optionally, you can e-mail us separately with this info as well:
- Name of your game. Please include the names of all games you want reports for, with any pertinent info. Cost is $7.50 per report/game.
- Any details about your game that you feel important, or pertinent to value, such as:
- Condition of the playfield (note any worn spots, damage, missing/broken pieces)
- Condition of the cabinet (note any damage, repainting, previous repair work, etc.)
- Condition of the backglass (note any wear/tear, damage, etc.)
- Operational condition- everything working? Some things not working?
- Completeness of game- any parts or components missing from the game?
- Cleanliness of the game- playfield, cabinet inside/out, backbox inside/out.
- Coin door present, missing parts, complete, working, non-working?
- Paperwork included with your game? (Manual, schematic diagram, other?)
- Any other pertinent info you might feel important.

Don't Forget: Please remember to either e-mail us with your game name(s) and details, after purchasing your report(s), or include this information by clicking the "Game Name(s) & Details" link on the "Review Your Payment page during checkout.
Shipping Schedule: Reports are usually produced and e-mailed or shipped within 1 business day. If ordering by mail, please allow 7-10 days for shipment by first-class mail or international letter-post. Reports shipped with parts orders are sent by Priority Mail within the U.S. (2-3 days average), or by international mail outside the U.S. (7-10 days average). Express shipping may also be available- e-mail us if you need more info.
Values and Current Info: Market values provided in reports are given in U.S. funds. Information in reports is valid at the time the report is published and may not reflect past/future market changes in value or collectibility.
Other Information or Questions: All the information we have available about your game that we can provide will be provided in the Game Value Report. Do not contact us if you need further information as we will not have it. If you have additional questions regarding your game, it's condition, specifics about it, or need information on buying/selling, we can provide consulting services by e-mail or phone for a charge of $55 per hour, with a $55 minimum charge. Charges must be billed to your credit card or otherwise paid in advance by PayPal or other payment method before consulting may begin.
Game Value Reports are not sent out until paid for in full, including any shipping/handling costs.
