Games sold to customers located in the Salt Lake Valley (Salt Lake City, Utah) and within the boundaries of our Full Service Area (see map below) are considered "local sales". Scroll down to see a map of our Full Service Area.

Ready to shop or buy?   We recommend the following steps:
  • Shop for your game! View our game selection online or call or e-mail to set up an appointment to visit our shop in person.
  • Once you've found a game you're interested in, we can set up a time for you to pick up from our shop. (Delivery/setup is also available, at additional cost, within our Local Service Area).
  • If your game is to be stored at our shop before being picked up or delivered, please read the details of our Game Storage Policy.
  • Details on warranty can be found on our Game Warranty Info page. Most games we sell include a warranty. Be sure you are familliar with the terms of the warranty before making your purchase.
  • Payment can be made by one of the methods we accept- see our Game Payment Policy for more details.
  • A deposit can be taken to hold your game for you until shipping or pick-up- see our Deposit page for more info.

Service and Repair:
We service what we sell- even after the warranty! We offer a discounted rate for service on games that customers have purchased directly from us in the past! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
