Games sold to customers located in the Salt Lake Valley (Salt Lake City, Utah) and within the boundaries of our Full Service Area are considered "local sales". Click here to see a map of our Full Service Area.

Ready to shop or buy?   We recommend the following steps:

  1. Shop for your game! Call, or e-mail to set up an appointment to visit our shop and see the games we have for sale.
  2. Once you've picked the game you're interested in, we will set up a pick-up or delivery appointment.
  3. If having your game delivered, please read our page on Delivery Info. Some additional charges may apply for certain types of deliveries or if special extra services are required.
  4. If setting up the game yourself, please see our Pinball Machine Assembly and Setup guide.
  5. If your game is to be stored at our shop before being picked up or delivered, please read the details of our Game Storage Policy.
  6. Details on Warranty can be found on our Game Warranty Info page. Most games we sell include a warranty. Be sure you are familliar with the terms of the warranty before making your purchase.
  7. Payment can be made by one of the methods we accept- see our Game Payment Policy for more details.
  8. A deposit can be taken to hold your game for you until shipping or pick-up- see our Deposit page for more info.

Delivery, Setup, Warranty: Most games we sell locally include delivery, setup, and a warranty at no extra charge, unless otherwise noted. An extra charge may apply for certain types of deliveries or for extra services we perform for certain deliveries and game setup.

Customers may also pick games up directly from our shop, rather than having them delivered and setup. Contact us if you would like more information on this option.
