Out-of-Town Sales

Games sold to customers located outside our Full Service Area, are considered "out-of-town" sales. Click here to see a map of our Full Service Area.

Out-of-town sales do not include delivery or setup, and may include no warranty, or only a limited warranty, depending on the game, and/or where you are located. If you need information on how to setup and assemble your game, see our Pinball Machine Assembly and Setup guide.

If you are located out-of-town, but still within our Limited Service Area, then we may be able to deliver and set up your game for you at an extra charge, should our shop workload and schedule permit.

Ready to buy or shop?   We recommend the following steps:

  1. Shop for your game! Call, or e-mail to set up an appointment to visit our shop, or view games for sale on our web site!
  2. Once you've picked the game you're interested in, contact us by phone or e-mail and we'll provide you with any additional details on the game, and answer any questions you may have. We can even do a "walk-around" of the game with you over the phone, where we go over the game and describe details of condition, and answer any questions you may have, while on the phone!
  3. If you require shipping, please read our page on shipping for details on cost, packaging, etc.

  5. If your game is to be stored at our shop before being picked up or shipped, please read the details of our Game Storage Policy.
  6. Details on Warranty can be found on our Game Warranty Info page. Note that games sold out-of-town may only have a Limited Warranty, so be sure you are familliar with the terms of the warranty before making your purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTES on OUT-OF-TOWN SALES:
  • Warranty: Only a Limited Warranty is available on most games that we sell to out-of-town customers. This is because most out-of-town customers are located a long distance from our shop, and we cannot travel to, or be physically present, to maintain, service, or repair the game, when it requires attention. Not all problems or repairs may be covered or serviceable under our Limited Warranty. Out-of-town customers should read and be comfortable with all the terms of our Limited Warranty before purchasing a game from us.

  • Service and Repair: All pinball machines and arcade games will require service or repair on a periodic basis. Just like your car requires maintenance and care, so will your game. Periodic service and maintenance should be considered when purchasing a pinball machine or arcade game.

    Here is some important information that should be considered before purchasing a game from any out-of-town source:

    • Locate a Repair Person: Before purchasing a game from an out-of-town source, you should locate a qualified repair person, or shop, in your local area who can assist with maintenance and repair of your particular game, if it requires someone to service it in person. As with all games we sell, we are always happy to assist our customers with any questions or help via phone or e-mail, but being located out-of-town, we obviously cannot be there in person to perform service when your game needs it, and you may need help from someone who can be there in person.
    • Returning a Game for Service: Customers are always welcome to return a game to our shop for service, but are responsible for any and all transportation/shipping costs and arrangements, to, and from, our shop.
    • Repair Costs: Service and parts provided by repair persons other than those from our shop (Action Pinball) is not covered under our warranty, so customers are responsible for any costs for repair or parts from any sources other than our own shop.
