Game Payment Policy
We can accept the following forms of payment for parts, services, and some game sales: *
- Cash
- Checks- personal, company, bank, cashier's
- Money orders
- Credit cards
- PayPal payments
We do not accept any bank transfers or other forms of payment not listed above.
* Some restrictions apply to some forms of payment, or on some types of games/equipment, and depending on customer's location- please read below for more info.

- Cash:
Cash (US currency- "green folding paper money") is preferred for game payment whether as deposit or final payment at time of delivery. Ask us about discounts we offer for payments made in cash.
- Note: "Cash" is not the same as "check". If you wish to pay by check, please read the info below.
- Checks and Money Orders:
For local customers, we will only accept a check or money order for game payment or deposit if it is received no later than 10 business days before game pick-up or delivery. This applies to all forms of checks or money orders- including, but not limited to, personal checks, company checks, out-of-state checks, and bank/cashier's checks as well.
Cash (US currency- "green folding paper money") or credit card payment are the only other methods of payment we can accept within 10 business days prior to, or at time of, game delivery or pickup.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but due to too many recent problems with banks and bad checks, we are no longer accepting any checks whatsoever as payment at time of game delivery or pickup- whether game is delivered to customer's location or picked up at our shop in person. Sorry, no exceptions.
- PayPal and Credit Cards:
We can accept online payments through the PayPal.com system (part of eBay). There is no charge to our customers for this method of payment. PayPal allows payments to be made from bank transfers, credit cards, eChecks, and existing PayPal funds, and is 100% free to use for our customers- no fees or other charges to you.
We can also accept direct credit card paments, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
NOTE: We reserve the right to not accept credit card or PayPal payments for certain types of products or services, including higher-cost items like new, or other expensive games. As a merchant, we are charged a percentage fee on payments by these financial institutions, and on some larger purchases the costs to accept payments may be prohibitively expensive. So we reserve the right to not accept credit card and PayPal payments for some game sales and other "large ticket" items or purchases.
NOTE: PayPal may also have restrictions on the amount of money that you can transfer, depending on whether you are a PayPal member or not, the type of PayPal account you may have, or type of payment/transfer method you wish to use (credit card, bank transfer, etc). There may also be a delay, or "waiting period", of a few days while PayPal validates your bank or credit card info.

Game purchase price, and any applicable packing and shipping charges, must be paid for in full, before game can leave our shop.
- Cash:

Cash payments are preferred for game payment whether as deposit or final payment at time of shipment or game pick-up at our shop. Ask us about discounts we offer for payments made in cash.

- Checks and Money Orders:
For our out-of-town customers, any "non-cash" form of payment other than credit card/PayPal (such as checks, money orders, eChecks, etc.) will delay shipping until check payment is processed and clears our bank. This is usually 5-10 business days for domestic (US) payments, and up to 21 days for international (outside US) payments.
In the time that your check or money order payment is being processed and clearing the bank, your game will be prepared for shipping, including game break-down (disassembly), wrapping, packaging, crating, palletting, strapping, and transport arranged and made to shipping dock for shipment. This is done right away so that there is no delay between the time when the payment clears, and the game is shipped out to you.
