Large metal post with 2 grooves for 2 rubber rings, and threaded stud bottom.
Typically found in outlanes on later-model Bally and Williams games and can be adjusted up/down to allow more liberal or conservative adjustment of outlane opening.
Holds two 5/16-inch white or black rubber rings. Threaded stud goes through playfield and secures underneath with #8-32 Nylock nut (sold separately).
