Nylon arm link that attaches to metal plunger (metal plunger not included).
Closes eyelids on Rudy (Funhouse) and Red/Ted (Road Show). This link pulls in and unlatches the eyelids, allowing them to close.
Installation Tip: If replacing a broken-off link, follow these steps: - Punch out roll pin from metal plunger using a small rod or finishing nail that measures 1/16-inch diameter. Retain roll pin for re-use.
- Drill out remaining plastic link from the metal plunger using a 3/16-inch drill bit.
- Install new plastic link in metal plunger and hold in place.
- Most new replacement plastic links are not pre-drilled for the roll pin.
- If your plastic link is NOT pre-drilled, use a 1/16-inch drill bit and drill through the roll pin hole in the plunger, all the way through the plastic link inside, and out the other side.
- If your new plastic link DOES have a hole pre-drilled for the roll pin, align it with the hole in the metal plunger.
- Re-install the roll pin in the metal plunger to retain the plastic link.
