3.9 volt 1/2-watt Zener Diode, DO-35 case. For zener diodes ZR1 and ZR3 in high-voltage display power supply circuitry in Williams solid-state and Bally/Williams electronic pinballs from approx. 1977-1990, and zener diodes D1 and D2 in some early WPC games with alpha-numeric displays (see game listing below).
Replaces original part # 1N5990.
