High voltage regulator transistor for display power in solid-state (SS) Bally and Stern pinball games, 1977-1985. Replaces transistor # Q21 on power/regulator board. Replaces Bally # E585-42 and equivalent. TO-66-2 case. If your displays are failing or have died altogether, this unit may be the culprit. Parts for these vintage circuit boards are getting harder to find these days, so grab one for a valuable spare!
