Large transistor in TO-3 case/package. Commonly used for voltage regulator and solenoid driver in many electronic solid-state (SS) games. Also replaces # 2N6059, # 110-0990-00, Gottlieb #s PMD10K40 & PMD10K60, XO311, Williams # 5162-09425-00, Wico # 21-309300. Use as replacement for # PMD10K40 on Gottlieb System 80 power supply and PMD10K60 on Gottlieb pop bumper driver boards.
HINT: When installing on a heat sink, don't forget to use some heat sink compound on the back of the transistor when installing, to aid in the transfer of heat away from the unit, to maintain performance and extend component life.
