In-line surge protector used in power interface (power switch) box in Bally/Williams WPC-S games, and possible others. Can be used on games operating at up 240vac. Normally warm to the touch, and draws some current when operating. Helps reduce power surges at power-on and makes life easier for electronics further upstream. May cause reset issues in games that normally draw more current (such as widebody games with higher number of flippers, solenoid devices, gadgets, etc.), especially if used in a lower-line-voltage situation (117vac or lower). Easy to replace- solders to wire lugs on buss strip inside power interface box in most models. Measures 15mm diameter.
