Springsteel metal flap for lower left ramp entrance on Stern Monopoly pinball.
This flap is item 1C in the diagram pictured below.
Lower left ramp entrance is the literal lower entrance to the left ramp assembly, and is located just above the all-metal Speed Bump ramp that mounts below it (Speed Bump ramp has the LED sign attached to the top of it).
