Surface-mount (SMT) ASIC chip on DCS and A/V sound boards in some late-model Bally/Williams games made between 1994 and 1999 (see game listing below).

Replaces ASIC chip at location U1 on DCS sound boards, and location U21 on later A/V boards.

Measures 15/16 inch square, 68 pins.

Requires wave-form soldering for installation.

NOTE: No returns on Electronics - all sales final.
