Pre-programmed PAL16L8 chip for location U19 on CPU/sound board in some Sega pinball games with the early Whitestar cpu/sound board # 520-5136-00 (see game listing below, and confirm your game has the early board with 520-5136-00 part number on it before ordering, as electronic parts are not returnable).

Ready to use- just plug-and-play.

This is an aftermarket replacement chip for the discontinued factory original chip that had a yellow dot on top to identify software version.

This is one of 3 PAL chips on the CPU/Sound board- others are #s 965-0137-00 (U20 - sound) and 965-6504-00 (213 - CPU).

Please make sure this is the part you need before ordering, as electronic parts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

You can confirm if this part is required on your CPU board by seeing if it is listed by part number (and at location U19) in the "CPU/Sound Board Parts" listing in the yellow pages at the back of your game manual.
