3-inch flipper bat and shaft assembly used on many late-model Bally electro-mechanical (EM) and early electronic solid-state (SS) pinball games, approximately 1970-1980. Replaced by later 1-piece unit # A-3994-5. Also replaces # ASE-2214-24.
