Fuse / Rectifier Board - Early Electronic Games (Bally/Stern):

New aftermarket replacement fuse/rectifier board for early electronic solid-state (SS) Bally and Stern pinball games (see game listing below). Replaces original boards in Bally games 1977-1981 (see installation note below) and Stern games 1977-1985. Replaces original Bally board #s AS-2518-18 and AS-2518-49 (see installation note below).

Features all-new PC board and components, modern upgraded heavy-duty rectifiers, and easy-to-use test points for input and output voltages.

Requires removal of transformer output wires from old PC board, and solder-connecting them to new PC board properly, and neatly. Proper routing of wiring from transformer up behind board is necessary for proper mounting of board. Recommended for experienced persons only. We recommend moving one wire at a time from old board, to new board, to avoid problems with misplaced wires.

INSTALLATION NOTE: This new board comes with a 9-pin J1 header connector to accommodate 9-pin housings used in some Bally games that use an auxiliary lamp driver board, such as Space Invaders, KISS, Future Spa, etc. For other games that use only an 8-pin housing, mount your 8-pin housing starting at pin 1, so that pin 9 on J1 is left unoccupied (open).
