Nonvolatile RAM controller IC used on Gottlieb System 3 CPU boards as a memory-protect / battery monitor chip. Monitors battery voltage/current and supplies to U3 RAM chip when game power is turned off in order to retain memory settings (adjustments, audits, high scores, etc.)
Use with 8-pin chip socket.
