1/8 amp (0.125mA) slow-blow fuse, 3AG size measuring 1/4 x 1-1/4 inches (6mm x 32mm), with built-in current-limiting resistor. Overall resistance 30 ohms.

Rated for use up to 250 volts.

Protects high voltage to score display in some late-model Bally and Williams System 11 games (see game listing below).

Replaces Bally/Williams # 5730-12327-00.
