Replacement fuse holder with adapter washers. Fits in place of original larger snap-in fuse holder on Bally/Midway games from the early 1980s, Bally/Midway part # E-148-25 (see game listing and additional images below). Accomodates standard glass 3AG, AGC, MDL type fuses measuring 1/4 x 1-1/4 inch (7mm x 32mm), fast-acting or slow-blow. Push-in, twist-to-lock panel mount type holder.

Rated at maximum 20 amps, 250 volts. Features solder lugs for wire connections. Includes push/twist fuse holder, housing that mounts on panel or interface box, plastic retainer nut, and 2 adapter washers.

NOTE: Adapter Washers: Steel adapter washers are used to install this fuse holder in place of the larger, obsolete, snap-in fuse holder # E-148-25 used in some early/mid 1980s Bally/Midway games. One washer goes on top of the mounting panel, and one beneath it, with fuse holder going through them, and held on the back with the fuse holder plastic nut. See images below for details, and game listing below to confirm fit.
