N-channel MOSFET rated at 36 amps, 100 volts. TO-220-3 case, through-hole installation.

Replaces Stern # 110-0168-00.

NOTE: Stern installed a couple different MOSFETs over the years for flipper coil circuits on SAM system boards, depending on the game, so please verify that your board will accept this type of MOSFET before purchasing, as electronic parts are not returnable.
