Rated 24 amps, 100 volts. Replacement for 20N10L MOSFETs and similar others (see part number list below).
Coil and flashlamp driver N-channel MOSFET for on most Sega, late-model Stern Pinball, and Gottlieb/Premier games.
Also found on replacement Rottendog mpu/driver boards for older Williams games.
This standard replacement MOSFET also replaces 19N06L, 19N10L, IRF540, IRL530, IRL530N, IRL530A, NTE2987, Stern # 110-0106-00 and 12N10L, P12N10L, 13N10L, 13N10KL, FQP13N10L, P20NF06L, P20N10, P20N10L, 22NE10L, STP19N06L, STP20NF06L, STP20N10L, STP22NE10L, STP24NF10, and other similar MOSFETs.
NOTE: Not recommended for driving flipper coils. Instead, we recommend # P40NF10L (good) or # BUK9529-100B (better).
