Factory-original NOS (new-old-stock) modesty decal for Elvira on Bally Scared Stiff pinball. This is a factory-supplied decal that could be used to cover the cleavage on Elvira on the backglass to give the game a more modest appearance.

NOTE: This is an original decal from 1996. Good shape, but does show a bit of age from sitting on the shelf.
