Used fish paper insulator for coin switch for many older Bally games from approx. 1971-1978. Uncertain of factory part number.

Measures 1-3/8 inches wide, 3/4 deep, 1/4 tall.

Mounts below coin switch and secures with 2 screws that hold metal coin switch cover (see additional image below for example of mounting). Not used on later games where the coin switch cover mounts above switch.

Used part in good condition showing some signs of age and past normal use.
